Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs caused me to think a lot about giving and receiving and the difference between wanting and needing.
Giving, receiving, wanting and needing each involves serving and being served plus a fair amount of shopping.
If I'm shopping for love, can I also have beaty and sex?
If I need courage, will a side of power and possible resultant fame come with that?
Will I need to accessorize with religion?
If I have religion but also want sex without love will I be able to have peace?
Is money the answer to all my needs and desires?
In a post 9/11 world will I sacrifice truth for security?
